This recipe was posted last week by Lily. I've been asleep at the wheel,[or made crazy by NaBloPoMo!]ever since.] This is, hands down, the most delicious apple cake ever! You just need to be sure it's cooked all the way through. You don't want mush, where scrumptious should be! So poke it with a skewer until it comes out clean....
